Introduction
Biz Auth Portal is where organisations can onboard to transact online with governmental and non-governmental e-services.
Onboarding
To begin the onboarding process you must have a validated SeyID. After filling out the onboarding form, a KYC is done either manually or automatically depending on the entity type. This may take up to 2-3 business days.
Types
As mentioned above, depending on the organisation type being onboarded the KYC may take up to 2-3 business days.
The types of entities are as follows:
- Government Entities - (MDAs and Parastatals)
- Business/Company/Association
- Religious bodies
- Embassies/Consulates
- Political parties
- Entities created by law
- Offshore companies
Types of Users
The portal manages three types of users:-
- Registered Officer - A registered officer is the person who has the authority to begin the onboarding process for an entity. As a registered officer you will be able to manage your admins and authorised users who will transact on behalf of the entity.
- Admin - An admin will be authorised to not only transact on behalf of the entity but also manage Authorised Users.
- Authorised User - As an authorised user, you will be subscribed to an e-service by the admin or registered officer and you will be able to transact on behalf of your entity on that specific e-service.
Subscribe to an e-Service
In order for your users to begin transacting on behalf of your entity, you must first subscribe them to an e-service. Once this is done they simply visit monServis to login to that specific online service and begin transacting onbehalf of the organisation.
What if I wish to transact as an individual?
If you are not part of any organisation you do not need to use the Biz Auth Portal, you can simply visit the monServis Portal by clicking the button in the top navigation and login to any of the eservices intended for individuals using your validated SeyID
Who can onboard an organisation?
If you are a primary person who holds one of the following roles, you are authorised to begin the onboarding process.
- A sole trader
- Director or public officer for the corporate trustee or subsidiary company
- Authorised contact of a government entity
- An eligible individual associate listed on the BRN at Registrar, for example: a trustee, director, public officer, partner, an officer bearer of a club or association.
I have been added as an Authorised User, What now?
As an authorised user you do not have to login to this portal, simply visit monServis and begin transacting on the e-Service you have been subscribed to.
Do I need a SeyID?
Yes! Everyone transacting on behalf of an organisation needs to have a validated SeyID account.

What is monServis?
monServis is an e-service catalogue which contains the current available online government services for you to begin transacting online, whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity.
